He married Adeline Couch New Milford, Litchfield, CT, November 11, 1850. Adeline became the mother of Nuania Buckingham Abt 1861. Adeline became the mother of Lottie Buckingham Abt 1864.

Homer became the father of Nuania Buckingham Abt 1861. Homer became the father of Lottie Buckingham Abt 1864.

Homer Buckingham and Adeline Couch had the following children:
