He married Sybil Bull. Sybil became the mother of Sybil Buckingham October 1773. Sybil became the mother of Daniel Buckingham February 7, 1775. Sybil became the mother of Jeremiah Buckingham October 15, 1776. Sybil became the mother of Lucy Buckingham December 5, 1778. Sybil became the mother of Anna Buckingham October 30, 1780. Sybil became the mother of Susannah Buckingham December 6, 1782.

At 26 years of age Daniel became the father of Sybil Buckingham October 1773. At 27 years of age Daniel became the father of Daniel Buckingham February 7, 1775. At 29 years of age Daniel became the father of Jeremiah Buckingham October 15, 1776. At 31 years of age Daniel became the father of Lucy Buckingham December 5, 1778. At 33 years of age Daniel became the father of Anna Buckingham October 30, 1780. At 35 years of age Daniel became the father of Susannah Buckingham December 6, 1782.

Daniel Buckingham and Sybil Bull had the following children:

134 i. Sybil⁶ Buckingham was born October 1773. Sybil died September 4, 1783 at 9 years of age.

135 ii. Daniel Buckingham was born February 7, 1775. Daniel died November 10, 1856 at 81 years of age.

136 iii. Jeremiah Buckingham was born October 15, 1776.

137 iv. Lucy Buckingham was born December 5, 1778. Lucy died Abt 1794.

138 v. Anna Buckingham was born October 30, 1780. She married Samuel Johnson New Haven, CT, January 9, 1811.

139 vi. Susannah Buckingham was born December 6, 1782. Susannah died July 27, 1783 at less than one year of age.
