1. George Walter¹ Tillitson was born East Wilson, New York June 21, 1865. George died May 31, 1925 Grand Rapids, Michigan, at 59 years of age. His body was interred May 1925 Harbor Springs, Michigan.

He married twice. He married Unknown Bride abt 1885. He married Alice Buckingham Petosky, Michigan, June 24, 1908. Alice was born Marshall, Michigan June 14, 1861. Alice was the daughter of William Burr Buckingham and Ann Elizabeth Weller. Alice died January 27, 1959 Wayland, Michigan, at 97 years of age. Her body was interred January, 1957 Marshall, Michigan. Alice's occupation: school teacher.

George Walter Tillitson and Unknown Bride had the following children:
