He married Abigail (Abbie) Pelham Roxbury, Delaware Co., New York in Fayette, October 23, 1824. Abigail was born New York June 6, 1806. Abigail died 1886 Michigan, at 80 years of age. Abigail became the mother of Baby Kelley Abt 1825. Abigail became the mother of Baby2 Kelley Abt 1826-1829. At 21 years of age Abigail became the mother of William Henrie Harrison Kelley Delaware Co., New York, February 28, 1828.

Sanford became the father of Baby Kelley Abt 1825. Sanford became the father of Baby2 Kelley Abt 1826-1829. At 26 years of age Sanford became the father of William Henrie Harrison Kelley Delaware Co., New York, February 28, 1828.

Sanford Kelley and Abigail (Abbie) Pelham had the following children:
